Subway - Business Profile
I am Kim N. Seng, owner of Subway Restaurant located at 3043 Nicollet Ave. South Minneapolis. I opened this business in December 1989. I love this neighborhood. Back in the early 1990s, this place was a rough area but due to diligence from the neighborhood residents, local law enforcement and the whole community, since late 90s and now, the neighborhood is very safe.
It is very convenient and fun to shop because you can find everything you need in one area: banks, great food, office supplies, and the department store within walking distance. As an owner of Subway for 21 years, I would like to thank my loyal neighborhood customers for their support. I am proud and humbled to be able to say that my businesses have continued to grow in a stagnating economy. We have developed three other Subways and a coffee shop called I AM COFFEE in the South Minneapolis Uptown neighborhood.
Most importantly, I am pleased and feel good to serve healthy food to our neighbors and customers. We are very thankful for your continuing patronage.

Lyndale Annual Potluck and member meeting June 24th, 2013 from 5:30-8:00pm
Join as at the Lyndale Annual Meeting on Monday, June 24th. Starting at 5:30 we will have a community potluck BBQ, with LNA providing stuff for the grill. At 7:00 pm we’ll have a short annual meeting that will get you all caught up on the past year and let you know what’s ahead.
We'll tour our neighbors gardens in Lyndale to get ideas for our own and to be impressed. The tickets and raffle are a fundraiser for the environment committee.

Fish Festivity Functionaries:
That great month of June is upon us and the Fish Fest beckons. One of the highlights of the year, Fish Fest brings the community together in a flurry of fish tacos, good tunes, activities, and water balloons! We need help with all aspects of the event from set up to tear down, opportunities include: event and food set up, food/drink serving, activity stewards, water balloon fillers, booth sitters, money takers, and clean up stars.
