Last night more than 60 neighbors enjoyed dinner together at the Lyndale Community Dinner. Breakfast for Dinner was back by popular demand, so we enjoyed fresh-made french toast, breakfast potatoes, eggs and turkey bacon. The fruit and vegetables looked colorful and were sliced by community volunteers - like you! Food brings us together for all kinds of reasons. Some like to help and some are just plain hungry. Others love meeting new neighbors or loathe doing dishes. Whatever your reason, join the crowd on Wednesday nights.

Fish Festivity Functionaries:
That great month of June is upon us and the Fish Fest beckons. One of the highlights of the year, Fish Fest brings the community together in a flurry of fish tacos, good tunes, activities, and water balloons! We need help with all aspects of the event from set up to tear down, opportunities include: event and food set up, food/drink serving, activity stewards, water balloon fillers, booth sitters, money takers, and clean up stars. Contact Aryca to sign up for a shift (aryca@lyndale.org or 612-824-9402 ext. 26). Let us come together and hold the best Fish Fest ever!
