The Lyndale Walkers group has been a positive presence in the neighborhood for over thirty years! Their mission is to help keep our neighborhood safe, and livable and help deter crime, by walking through the neighborhood and informing them about the activities and opportunities with LNA.
At the recent Lyndale Book Fest (April 22, 2024), LNA collected 822 gently used books to distribute freely at the event. Most books found new homes, but several hundred were still left at the end of the event. The Walkers group distributed 192 books to Little Free Libraries in the Lyndale neighborhood, which are all marked on the map below.
