Business Façade & Activation Grants
Business façade and activation grants help neighborhood businesses improve external marketing materials, such as signs, to better promote their business and improve the curb appeal of the neighborhood.
Façade Improvement Matching Grants
Façade Improvement Matching Grants are a matching grant program offered by the City of Minneapolis and administered by the Lyndale Neighborhood Association. BFIP grants are available to both building owners and building tenants.
If your business might be interested in new windows, signage, exterior lighting, or other improvements to your building, please review the eligibility requirements online and contact us with your questions!
Business District Support Grants
The City of Minneapolis provides Business District Support Grants, administered by the Lyndale Neighborhood Association (LNA), to strengthen neighborhood business districts like Nicollet Ave. These grants aim to boost economic health by funding initiatives that enhance business district vitality, support existing businesses, and broaden the variety of goods and services available, particularly in areas with economic disparities.
If you’re interested in hosting an activation event that celebrates your business as part of our Pop-Off event series, reach out to LNA to learn more and check if your business qualifies for this grant opportunity.
