
Community Gardens
Applications are now closed for the 2025 season
The Lyndale Neighborhood Association owns four community garden locations in the Lyndale neighborhood. Making plots deeply affordable for individuals and families to grow their own fruits and vegetables that otherwise may not have the space to do so. Part of our garden space is a designated donation garden where produce is harvested and donated back to the community. In 2025, LNA is proposing for three properties to be sold for redevelopment. LNA Properties Proposed for Development Sale in 2025
Under advisement of the LNA Housing Committee, the LNA Board has expressed an interest in selling three individual properties that it owns for development. The lots are all zoned R5 and the sizes and locations of the parcels are as follows:
- 216 31st St. W. / 3098 SF
- 3043 Pleasant Ave. S. / 3067 SF
- 102 32nd St. W. / 3270 SF
A Request for Proposals is being prepared, and it is expected that the properties will be offered for sale in the early 2025. If you are interested in being informed about the public sale, please contact Sarah Linnes-Robinson, LNA’s Director of Projects at projects@lyndale.org.
