Lyndale Book Fest
Event Details:
- Date: Monday, April 28, 2025
- Time: 6-8pm
- Location: Horn Towers (3110 Blaisdell Ave)
What is Lyndale Book Fest?
- Free Book Fair: Browse through a treasure trove of secondhand books without spending a dime! LNA is collecting gently used books for you to take home. Whether you’re a fan of fiction, non-fiction or looking for children’s books, there is something for everyone!
- Family Story Time: This is an event for the whole family! Hosmer Library will host a delightful family story time centered around themes of nature and storytelling.
- Storytelling Collage and radio interviews for “Stories of Lyndale”.
Now Collecting Books!
The Lyndale Neighborhood Association is now collecting like-new and gently used fiction, non-fiction and children’s books. We are specifically interested in books written in a language other than English or written with a diverse, multicultural lens.
We are not accepting: textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines or newspapers. This is a family-friendly event, so please do not bring explicit or x-rated books.

To contribute books to this event, please bring them to one of our drop off locations:
- SNAC Office (3537 Nicollet Ave) during LNA’s regular business hours (Tuesday, April 8 and Thursday April 10, 9am – 4pm) or by appointment, email info@lyndale.org to schedule.
