Lyndale Neighborhood Association learned about Simpson Housing Services moving into the Zion Church location in mid-August 2022. The LNA Housing Committee invited Simpson to attend the September Housing Committee meeting (view the recording of that conversation on our YouTube channel https://youtu.be/AziPzh7w0ms) and the LNA Board scheduled them to attend the September 26 LNA General Membership meeting. In preparation for this meeting, the LNA Board of Directors drafted a list of questions related to Simpson Housing’s organization and their operating procedures. At the meeting they shared their responses to these questions with the community. You can read them here, or stop at the South Nicollet Action center, 3537 Nicollet, to pick up a paper copy of the responses. Below is also a PDF of Simpson’s presentation.
